Santacon 2007 commenced around 10AMish over on Pier 45. A few hundred thirsty Santas, elves, and an assortment of holiday hooligans massed on the West Side for day of drinking. Our first stop was the Ear Inn. One of the oldest bars in NYC and one of my favorites. I could have stayed there all day, but we had many more bars to hit. However, I did eventually call it quits around 10pm. Might have stayed out later but my friends decided to abandon me when Santacon moved to Brooklyn. They didn't want to cross the bridge into the 'hood. These Manhattanites are a snobbish lot.
