I finally committed to using a PDA. A few months back I ordered a Treo at the behest of my boss. However, the phone got terrible reception in Brooklyn and I felt like I was carrying around a brick in my pocket. So after about two weeks I returned the Treo to Sprint and cancelled my contract. Since then I've been waiting for my firm to approve a PDA that I could put in my pocket and wouldn't mind using on a daily basis. This device, the Blackjack II, just arrived last week and I activated service today. So far so good. Seems to get excellent reception with decent call quality at the office and at home.
