It's a rare occurrence when I really enjoy a trip but also am happy to return home. Typically I dread coming back to reality. However, reality is pretty good these days. I'm loving NYC and the friends I now have here. Of course I will miss all the fine Cervecerias of Madrid. Never did accomplish my goal of drinking at the city's 100,000 bars and cafes, but gave it my best shot.
